ATQMRA: Exciting Events Kicking off ’23 ATQMRA Campaign

WALL TOWNSHIP, NJ– The Hoosier Tire Mid-Atlantic ATQMRA fueled by VP Racing Fuels will make their second attempt at opening the 2023 season this Saturday, June 3rd at Wall Stadium Speedway. 

The ATQMRA will not only open their season, but the series will be the opening feature of the speedway’s 2023 season as well. This weekend will be one of the most anticipated weekends at Wall Stadium Speedway in recent history, after being forced to delay the start of their racing season from its traditional April start. 

This weekend at Wall Stadium Speedway will also kick off a special “season within a season,” debuting the Hamer Heating and Cooling Hometrack Shootout. In an ode to Pinebrook Speedway, the original “hometrack” of the ATQMRA, a Wall Stadium ATQMRA TQ Midget Champion will be recognized alongside our overall touring champion when the checkered flag falls on the season this October. 

Following Wall Stadium Speedway this weekend, the ATQMRA will take a special trip north to Pocono Raceway for a wingless event being held on Saturday, June 10th. The “Pocono Short Track Asphalt Challenge” will feature multiple racing divisions, headlined by the $1,000-to win, 30 lap TQ Midget Feature. 

This marquee event will equate to “100-show up” championship ATQMRA points for all TQ midget competitors.

The ATQMRA’s original 2023 opening event at Mahoning Valley Speedway, which was postponed due to inclement weather, has been rescheduled for Saturday, September 9th. This will set up a unique double header weekend with TQ Midget teams competing at Mahoning on Saturday, and Evergreen Raceway on Sunday, September 10th. 

For this weekend’s season opening event at Wall Stadium Speedway, pit gates open at 12:00 PM with feature racing starting at 7:00 PM. For a full detailed schedule of events and ticketing information, please visit wallspeedwayracing.com.
