Barre, VT — The popular Southern New England Triple Crown will once again highlight the American-Canadian Tour schedule with headline sponsorship courtesy of Brookside Equipment Sales in Phillipston, Massachusetts. For the third year in a row, the Brookside Equipment Southern New England Triple Crown will feature three marquee events at two unique facilities with a $4,000 independent point fund on the line!
In 2024, top events complete the popular three-race series beginning on Saturday, June 8 with the 49th Spring Green 124 at Seekonk Speedway. Following the iconic ACT event that was first contested way back in 1974, the American-Canadian Tour returns to Thompson Speedway’s iconic Sunoco World Series on Saturday, October 12 for a 75-lap showcase. Both the Brookside Equipment Southern New England Triple Crown and the ACT championship wrap up back at Seekonk Speedway on Saturday, November 2 for the edge-of-your-seat Haunted Hundred!
In the first year of competition in 2022, 56 different drivers attempted at least one Southern New England Triple Crown event with that number growing to 74 different drivers last season. The Triple Crown has quickly become a destination for the strong weekly warriors of Southern New England tracks looking to defend their home turf against the traveling international invaders of the ACT Tour.
Still, Center Conway, New Hampshire’s D.J. Shaw has collected both Triple Crown championships so far and he is once again set to defend both his two-consecutive American-Canadian Tour and Triple Crown titles!

The American-Canadian Tour kicks off the 2024 season with the 4th annual Northeast Classic at New Hampshire Motor Speedway on Saturday, April 13 with Sunday, April 14 set as a built-in rain date if needed. The Brookside Equipment Sales Southern New England Triple Crown begins in earnest on Saturday, June 8 with the 49th running of the Spring Green 124 at the Action Track of the East, Seekonk Speedway.
