Two holdover features from May 17 for the Mirabito DIRTcar 4-Cylinders and AmeriCU IMCA STARS Mod Lites would kick off the night with Nate Powers and Kyle Demo picking up wins in their respective classes.
For the second week in a row, the 35-lap Tracey Road DIRTcar Modified feature would have another first-time feature winner, with Sean Beardsley leading every lap to dominate the race.
Other winners on Ehrlich Pest Control night included Kyle Devendorf (DOT Foods DIRTcar Sportsman), Zack Babcock (AmeriCU Mod Lites), and Justin Guyle (Mirabito DIRTcar 4-Cylinders).
Beardsley and Penn Yan’s Derrick Podsiadlo led the stout Tracey Road DIRTcar Modified field to the Comfort Windows and Doors firing point, with Beardsley grabbing the early advantage going into turns one and two. Beardsley pulled away until lap 5 when the first Milton CAT caution of the night came out for a slow car on the backstretch. The field would regroup, with Beardsley and Podsiadlo once again leading the field to green and Beardsley driving away with the lead.
Another caution on lap 16 hindered Beardsley’s multi-car length lead, with sixth-place starter Dylan Zacharias emerging as Beardsley’s primary competition. On the restart Beardsley would continue his dominating performance with no challenges until a late-race caution on lap 29, setting the stage for a six-lap dash for the win.
The caution allowed heavy hitters Tim Sears Jr. and Larry Wight to join the battle for the win and would restart in Beardsley’s rearview, but no one could stop his fantastic run. Beardsley maintained his lead to secure the very popular win. A strong-running Zacharias crossed the line for a solid second. Fourteenth starter Tim Sears Jr. would round out the podium, with Wight and Jimmy Phelps rounding out the top 5.
In the 25-lap DOT Foods DIRTcar Sportsman feature, tenth-place starter Kyle Devendorf grabbed the lead from Tony Finch II on a late race restart and went on to a convincing victory, his first of the season.
Cody Manitta crossed the line second ahead of Finch. Nick Root and Riley Rogala rounded out the top 5.
Zack Babcock would pick up the 20-lap AmeriCU IMCA STARS Mod Lite Feature, holding off Joseph Grarafolo for the win. Joe Isabell would cross in third, with Mike Mullen and Jacob Dupra completing the top 5.
Justin Guyle would bring home his first career Brewerton Speedway win in the second Mirabito 4-Cylinder Feature of the night, holding off second and third-place finishers Chris Bonoffski and Nathen Powers. Donny Rider Jr. and Daniel Valade rounded out the top 5.
