Wall’s Ford Platinum Series Comes to a 100-Lap Close to Headline September 14th at WMMP

N. Woodstock, NH — White Mountain Motorsports Park is ready to crown its next series champion this Saturday night as the Wall’s Ford Platinum Series comes to a close in 100 laps of heart pounding action for the Foley Oil & Propane Late Models! The September 14 program will also feature continued track championship action from the Fisher Auto Parts Flying Tigers, Woodsville Guaranty Savings Bank Strictly Stock Minis, Wayne’s Market Dwarf Cars and the non-point Dads 4 By Tool & Supply Kid’s Division!

The third and final round of the Wall’s Ford Platinum Series will settle the score in the popular Foley Oil & Propane Late Model program. Current American-Canadian Tour point leader Gabe Brown also leads the Wall’s Ford Platinum Series standings ahead of current King of the Mountain track championship point leader Tanner Woodard. Woodard will have to keep Brown in his rearview mirror all night long, while also keeping an eye on Quinny Welch as their battle for the track title continues with just two races left!

Brandon Gray continues his dominance in the Fisher Auto Parts Flying Tigers after taking his eleventh-straight victory last Saturday afternoon. Gray has yet to clinch the track championship just yet with three races left on the schedule for the popular support division. Groton, Vermont’s Luke Peters has been knocking on the door all summer long and may just take the path to his first career victory this Saturday night.

The tie atop the Woodsville Guaranty Savings Bank Strictly Minis was broken last time out as Woodsville’s Patrick Switser now stands just two points ahead of Littleton’s Todd Derrington. Their side-by-side battle under the checkered flag last Saturday was just a signal of what’s to come, a definite title fight to the finale that is sure to come down to the final inches on the final lap! Still within striking distance are Jacob Roy and McKenna Merchant, themselves only separated by a point for third and fourth overall and will certainly be looking for either Switser or Derrington to bobble in the coming weeks.

Both the Wayne’s Market Dwarf Cars and the Dads 4 By Tool & Supply Kid’s Division make their return to the White Mountain highbanks this Saturday. Andy Hill continues to lead the compact, open-wheeled rockets even after a devastating wreck on the backstretch in August while Jeff Ainsworth, Chad Dufour and Jason Wyman have also claimed victory this summer. Hayden Bushey, Cooper Benoit, Makenzi Sicard, Colby Stygles, Madison Potter and the rest of the Dads 4 By Tool & Supply Kid’s Division are also looking for another chance to join the victory lane podium!

Next up at White Mountain Motorsports Park is the championship round in the Wall’s Ford Platinum Late Model Series! The 100-lap affair for the Foley Oil & Propane Late Models closes out the Wall’s Ford Platinum Series in style as a test and tune prior to the Bar Harbor Bank & Trust Fall Foliage 200 on September 21. The Fisher Auto Parts Flying Tigers, Woodsville Guaranty Savings Bank Strictly Minis, Wayne’s Market Dwarf Cars and Dads 4 By Tool & Supply Kid’s Division also return with Post Time set for 6:00pm Saturday, September 14!

Adult general admission is set at $20, kids 12-6 are $5 and children 5 and under are free! The Family Four Pack (two adults, two kids) is also available for $40.
